Hire Bond

A $100 bond secures nappy hire.

• The bond will be reimbursed within a 7 day period upon the return of the items in satisfactory condition.
• Nappies are only dispatched after cleared payments.

Refunds

• Refunds can only be issued before the hire package is sent and within 30 days of payment, incurring a $20 administration fee.
• We do not offer partial refunds if you decide to return your package before the end of your hire period.

Nappy Condition and Care

• Nappies are in excellent used condition or brand new and are sanitised according to Australian/New Zealand Laundry Practice AS/NZS 4146:2000.
• Failure to follow washing and care guidelines will result in the bond not being refunded.

Returning Nappies

• Wash and return nappies when the hire period ends, ensuring they are fully dry.
• Postage costs for returning nappies are the customer’s responsibility. Please reach out for advice on courier services or postage options for your area.  

Condition Assessment and Charges

• The bond will be refunded upon determining that the nappies are in acceptable condition. If the condition is deemed unacceptable, you will be contacted before any further action is taken. Conditions considered unacceptable include heavy staining, nappies soaked in chemicals (other than those specified in wash routine), permanent alterations, and damaged PUL. If you are unable to remove stains during your hire period, please reach out so we can assess your wash routine and detergent quantities.
• Any unreturned, damaged or heavily stained nappies will be charged at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). The bond does not cover the complete replacement of the nappies if they are not returned or damaged beyond repair.
• Naturally Cheeky reserves the right to invoice the full RRP to replace any lost or damaged nappies. An invoice will be provided (with the bond deducted) and must be settled within 14 days of issue. Failure to pay the invoice may result in legal action to claim any outstanding expenses incurred.

Price Changes

• Naturally Cheeky reserve the right to modify hire pack fees. If you have a current hire pack when a price change comes into effect, this will only apply to any hire extensions which are requested after the price change takes place.

Hire pack availability

• Naturally Cheeky reviews stock levels regularly. If a hire pack is ordered and is unavailable, there may be delays with fulfilling your order. This will always be communicated via email and the option to cancel the order is available if the allocated timeframe is inadequate to your needs. We reserve the right to update information at any time.

Additional Information

• The standard hire period is 6 weeks, extendable as needed.
• A checklist is provided for item verification during receipt and return.
